The Pastures wins major regional award

Laragh Homes are proud to have been honored with a major accolade for The Pastures, a boutique development situated around a secluded private drive in the desirable village of Harston.
The scheme won the award for ‘Best Small Development’ at the 2016 Cambridge Property Awards ceremony, a high- profile event held at Ely Cathedral in December 2016. The awards, which are run by Cambridge News, were launched to celebrate the best projects across the city and local area delivered by developers, architects and builders.
Located a short distance from Cambridge’s historic city centre, the development (comprising only 9 properties), offers a level of luxury rarely found in new homes. The Pastures was recognised as an outstanding development, not only by the judging panel, but also by discerning homebuyers who invested in the properties.
Laragh’s Managing Director Simon Sommerville-Large is proud of the final result commenting “The Pastures is a high profile development in an excellent village location. We have received lots of positive comments from buyers about the individual designs and the levels of craftsmanship throughout the houses. With prices ranging from £425,0000 to £1.35 million, we have achieved a reputation for excellence in a highly competitive new homes market. The Pastures is certainly a flagship scheme and sets a high benchmark as our company moves forward.  Laragh Homes have a number of exciting new projects in the pipeline, including a further phase at Harston and new projects in Chesterton and Stretham”
