Announcing new directors at Laragh Homes

Cambridgeshire developer Laragh Homes is strengthening its continued expansion with the appointment of three new directors.

Announcing the director promotions as part of the company’s long-planned strategy, Managing Director Simon Somerville-Large said: “I am delighted and proud to announce these significant promotions, they reflect an exceptionally strong leadership team that will continue to evolve Laragh’s core focus on creating positive communities and delivering high-quality homes for Cambridgeshire.”

Defining the next stage of the company’s vision for Laragh Homes and newly launched Laragh Build to provide a complete design, development and build service within the residential sector, the director appointments are as follows, L-R: Hannah Greenhow is promoted to Sales and Marketing Director, John Lorimer is promoted to Development Director and Steve Walder is promoted to Group Finance Director.

The move further strengthens Laragh’s continued investment in a number of important new developments underway across Cambridgeshire, these include: The Old Tannery in Ely, creating 25 luxury apartments; Emerson Park in Great Abington, a bespoke development of 13 family homes; The Mews in Cambridge, incorporating nine apartments and 18 houses for the city; the ongoing development of Manor Farm in Stretham bringing 78 brand-new homes to the area; and future pipeline projects with planning applications in Wilburton, Thriplow and Stretham.
