Laragh currently have an outline planning approval for 27 residential units; 17 private and 10 affordable. We have submitted a Reserved Matters Application to create a unique cul-de-sac development of housing to include a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes and the delivery of 10 affordable properties. The concepts for design specifications will includeeco credentials such as electric car-charging points, rainwater harvesting, and heat pump/solar systems to all properties.

This development will provide opportunities for people wanting to live within easy access of central Cambridge, the nearby A14 and Cambridge North Station. With good-sized gardens, one of which is 17 metres, the project has been carefully designed and sensitively spaced, with properties also to be available through the Help to Buy scheme.
