Laragh Homes has secured final planning approval for the next exciting stage of its landmark development at Manor Farm in Stretham.
Phase four of the sought-after scheme at Manor Farm will bring 21 beautiful brand-new family homes to the area, with a mix of two, three and four-bedroom properties set around a newly created landscaped green with spectacular views towards the open Cambridgeshire countryside.
The project by leading Cambridge developer Laragh Homes presents no fewer than seven design-led house types, including enhanced additions to the popular styles already established on Manor Farm’s previous phases.
The high-specification contemporary homes with a natural country feel are designed to enrich village life, with an infrastructure supporting easy access to schools and nearby facilities, together with woodland walks and great travel links.
Located in the Cambridgeshire village of Stretham and built with community in mind, Laragh Homes has been working in partnership with Stretham and Wilburton Community Land Trust (SWCLT) on this successful landmark scheme.
Phase four will provide 15 private ownership properties and six affordable new one-bedroom homes, to ensure that people who live and work locally have access to Laragh’s high-quality housing.
Laragh Director Hannah Greenhow said: “Manor Farm is such a lovely development. Its success is testament to providing essential elements for local people and our continued commitment to build quality homes destined for families in a thriving community hub – with important access to village life, green open spaces and great links for commuter connections across the region.”
Construction of phase four at Manor Farm is expected to start in winter 2021. Anyone who wishes to express an interest in the homes can contact Cheffins’ Ely office on 01353 654900 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
