Community at the heart of new Manor Farm development

Construction at a new housing development at Manor Farm, Stretham is now under way following today’s official ground breaking ceremony. The project is the first of its kind to be developed in East Cambridgeshire involving a Community Land Trust. Swavesey gets planning

We are pleased to confirm that Laragh has received planning consent for our new affordable housing scheme at Swavesey, Cambs.The new development on Fen Drayton Road will include a range of traditionally styled homes, from 1 bedroom houses to 4 bedroom family homes, with generous gardens and large areas of landscaped open space. Work will start on site within the next few months, with completion due in 2016. The new homes will all be owned and managed by the South Cambridgeshire District Council.
