This high profile small scale development fronting onto Parker’s Piece in the heart of Cambridge was completed in 2011. Consisting of the refurbishment of a Grade 2 listed building with a contemporary development at its rear, 35 Parkside comprised of 12 apartments, a private courtyard garden and off road parking.

Preserving many original period features including fireplaces, architrave and staircases, the units were also fitted with modern, stylish kitchens and sanitary wear to complement the apartments and city centre living.

With 50% of the development retained by the one of Cambridge University’s colleges, the scheme won an LABC Building Excellence Award for the Best Small Residential Development in the Eastern Region.
